The 8 years old Janek leaves Poland to live in Argentina where his mother will teach Polish to the descendants of the Polish immigrants. He arrives in a small village in the middle of nowhere. For Janek it will be the lesson of loneliness, the lesson of humbleness and the lesson of friendship.
